Circle work is about coming together in a safe, supportive group to explore your inner world. Guided by Internal Family Systems (IFS) practices, these groups give you space to slow down, listen inwardly, and share in the presence of others who are on their own healing journey.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. Whether you’re brand new to IFS or have been exploring it for a while, circles provide the structure, warmth, and community that make the process lighter and more powerful.
Circles run as open groups for individuals, and as bespoke sessions for organisations and community groups – supporting staff wellbeing, or bringing reflective practice to teams, charities and community settings. Get in touch to discuss what would work for your group.
This circle will explore the 9 C’s of Self-energy — qualities such as curiosity, compassion, clarity, and courage that help us live with more ease and freedom.
Together we will honour your unique experience and create a space where you can:
Be witnessed and supported without judgement
Learn how IFS applies in everyday life
Gently ease self-criticism, guilt, and emotional triggers
Reconnect with your calm, confident, compassionate self
This is a small group with limited spaces available, so early booking is essential.
Suitable for all stages of the IFS journey.
