During a retreat you’ll step out of daily life and into a rhythm of reflection, practice, and community.
We’ll weave together circle work, meditation, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) with powerful practices such as sculpting parts into form, fire ceremony to release burdens, and guided walks where different parts of you can be heard in nature. Laughter, silence, tenderness, and ritual all become part of the experience.
At the heart of this retreat is Dick Schwartz’s No Bad Parts philosophy — the understanding that all of us is welcome, and healing comes from meeting ourselves with curiosity, compassion, and clarity. The land itself holds and supports this process, offering stillness, wide skies, and a sense of belonging.
This retreat is designed to be immersive, restorative, and transformative — a chance to reconnect with Self-energy and return to everyday life with tools, clarity, and renewed strength.
Circles remind you that you don’t have to carry everything alone. Healing feels lighter when it’s shared in community.
